Warranty Policy

Every Watchy's watch includes a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in the movement and assembly, from the date of delivery.

What's covered:

• Automatic movement malfunction under normal use
• Assembly defects (loose crown, misaligned hands, case sealing issues)

What's not covered:

• Damage from drops, impacts, or water exposure beyond the stated resistance rating
• Normal wear and tear (strap, crystal scratches from daily use)
• Unauthorized repairs by third parties
